The Museum of In-Between Spaces

Technical | Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
The UH Graphic Design Senior Class created a book based on our experiences with museums. Each member of the class wrote and designed a four-page essay. I wrote about visiting the Biltmore Estate in Asheville North Carolina. I wondered how they were able to feed their many guests gourmet meals in their remote location in winter in the late 1800s. The pages follow a style guide established by the class for the typography, image type, grid, textures, colors, headers and folios. The whole book is available to view on flipsnack.com here.

Here are all four pages. The middle two pages are a spread, and the first and last pages are next to other designers’ essays in the anthology.
